The backend was retired when the hackathon's cloud credits ran out, so the live portals no longer load data. The screenshots show it running.

The problem
At major tournaments, gate congestion, incident triage and announcements to a multilingual crowd are handled by separate teams and tools, so problems surface late.
How it works
The control room shows per-stand crowd density, an incident desk where Gemini suggests category, severity and who to send, and generates PA announcements in three languages.
Ground crew get their tasks, checklists and a fast incident form on their phones.
Fans see live gate wait times and a chat that answers in their language and points them to the least crowded gate.
Dashboards poll only while visible, and new incidents are announced to screen readers through a live region.
The result
A simulated crowd surge re-triages incidents and updates gate advice for staff and fans at the same moment, in English, Spanish or French.
